  • advising PT Cikarang Listrindo, an Indonesian power company, in issuing USD300 million Senior Notes due 2015, which was named Best Indonesia Deal by Finance Asia Magazine.
  • advising Deutshe Bank as underwriters in connection with the issuance of USD169 million secured guaranteed notes by a leading Indonesian media group.
